Service centre suck
Put two cars in for service,,they done nothing except put a pin hole in a heater hose..ring to complain, get called jokers.bought new parts from Bursons, which I might add, they have in stock,unlike ford who need several days sometimes months to order the same parts in. When I say they done nothing, I mean they done nothing, not even an oil change. Let's hope they enjoy our $1300 because it's the last cent they will ever get out of us.

Poor attitude for salesman
I'm a member of a Mercedes owners group on Facebook. Bradley Kennedy just tried advertising a 95 Mercedes in our group (which is not for buying and selling of vehicles) and he couldn't even get the details right, claimed it was a V6 when Mercedes never made them in a V6 then, and was asking double the going rate for good quality specimens. So members responded, looking out for the interests of other less informed members, some were kind to even complement the vehicle, so it definitely was not hostile in any way. Then Bradley Kennedy writes a new post insulting members and calling everyone an offensive name before removing himself from the group before the situation could be discussed. Suffice to say no one in that group would even recommend Bendigo Ford to anyone now! Such a poor attitude and thin skin for a salesman to spit the dummy because someone disagreed with his assessment and helped to correct his errors in falsely advertising incorrect features. Beware.

UP TO 24.000 K IN MY 2012 XLT RANGER , THE LAST 7000 K I HAVE HAD A NEW RING GEAR WHICH INVOLVES REMOVING TRANS , A NEW ENGINE BLOCK WHICH INVOLVES REMOVING MOTOR ETC AND PUTTING IT ALL BACK TOGETHER,THEN THE ENGINE CRANK SENSOR, THEN HEATER HOSES BURST LOST ALL COOLANT , THEN MORE OIL LEAKS , HAD TO REPLACE TIMING COVER AND SEAL , THEN A CLACKING NOISE IN DASH REPLACED SOME MODULE IN THERE , IN THAT TIME IT HAS BEEN IN WORKSHOPS FOR A PERIOD OF 3 MONTHS. I CALL THIS CAR A LEMON , UNDER THE NEW AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAWS IM ENTITLED TO A NEW CAR OR A REFUND , BUT BENDIGO FORD DO NOT WANT TO HERE ABOUT IT AND HAS PUT ME ONTO FORD AUST, THEY WONT HONOUR ANY LAW EITHER . ACCC CANT DO ANYTHING , VIC CONSUMER AFFAIRS WONT DO ANYTHING SO IT WILL COST ME $525.00 TO TAKE IT TO VCAT . DOES NOT SEEM FAIR CONSIDERING I USED MY LOCAL DEALER AND DID MY BIT BY BUYING A FORD TO HELP THE COMPANY OUT . ALTHOUGH THEIR TOP CEO IS ON 21 MIL A YEAR AND OUR TAX MONEY RUNS INTO MILLIONS IN SUBSIDIES TO FORD OVER THE YEARS , AND THEY CANT FIND 55,000 TO TAKE CARE OF A LOYAL CUSTOMER. Would Not Honor Signed Contract
Made me sign a contract, took a deposit, and then would not honour it (as they had not signed it). Then told me they would send me a cheque for the deposit I paid in the mail. Dealer Principal "Patrick", did not have the decency to even provide me his surname, nor provide an email saying they were claiming the contract null and void. Hard to believe they could take your money, make you sign a contract and send it back to them, and then turn around and dishonour their commitment. the details on Bendigo Ford's Phone no. is incorrect it show's our home phone no. which we have had for at least 3 years also Brian Dunn Ford does not exist this problem started approx. 6weeks ago this error according to ASIC comes from your site(www.pissedconsumer.com) we have tried to contact google, ford, TIO etc, and have had no luck trying correct this can you fix it, please our home ph no. is 03 5448**** Bendigo Ford is 03 5445**** a a a aa a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a

I drive a Ford Performance Vehicles F6X, not a common car at all, but based on the territory so not exactly rare for spares. It needed a 135 K service, and there was a recall of a minor item. Excellent timing it had also just blown *** in a manifold gasket or similar as it sounded like a truck and it had a broken front RH strut (again). I have always had this vehicle serviced at a FPV dealer in melbourne but now that bendigo is a new FPV dealer, thought, why not, maybe they have improved from the debacle they used to be some years previously. Sadly no. All of these things were booked in, the 135K service, the front strut, the recall matter the exhaust/manifold leak, and the fact that the brakes were jerking a bit, probably as the pads were down...all of this relayed and booked with them. so, completed in one day as promised? No...can we have it for the next day? Yes....and we will order the parts in?..yes, sure....so bring car back for the third day....left there all day, advised it was OK to pick up at the end of the day....and by the way I have been usining other peoples cars now for three days...and changing my schedule around to fit in there now, 2 unexplained days of leisure time with my car, costing me idle time money....and then what do we find...they needed to order in an exhaust nut.....and they instead ordered a wheel nut!...can you bring the car back again? WHAAT...you want it now for a 4th day? The ineptitude, outright stupidity and lack of care, lack of attention to detail....how do these clowns stay in business? Well. I have I dunno, 15 fords in my fleet of over 30 cars....I think I will take them to Ultratune from here on...bendigo Ford will not see another $ of mine.

Sold me brand new heap of *** ford fg ute
spent over$100.000 in past 5 years on new fords am venously enraged and bitter at latest dog act from BENDIGO FORD AUSTRALIA have new FG UTE cd got stuck-i am 140ks round trip out of town drive in leave car pick-up next day 340 ks. all up yes sir all fixed --"had to put another cd in to dislodge stuck cd"- gee if you can put 2 in it must be a 6 stacker says i thanks says i procceed to drive home cd fails 20ks into trip i am pissed-- put 2nd cd in (as done at dealership to dislodge prior one) fed another 3 cds in --THATS 5 CDS THAT RETRACTED INTO MACHINE WITHOUT ANY HELP FROM ME no good 6 weeks later still stuffed with 5 cds in unit another 340ks. pick car up today-- yes sir all fixed heres your cd--- wheres other 4 cds ?? no only one cd in it coz its not a 6 stacker---thats what i thought up till being told last time you put 2nd cd in to dislodge and how can 5 cds retract by themselfs into single cd player??? tell them still 4 cds stuck--they look at me like im a *** *** --not much point going to jail for caving these dogs heads in so *** off-- NOW SAY NO WARRANTY
